Thank you for the encouragement. May we be proclaimers of this merciful God.
Amen!
I love that “When I awake” section! It’s a confident reassurance, a future certain in Christ, and kind of a sneak-peek to the future :). For all those glorious worshipful scenes in heaven, there will be a very personal experience, that personal rousing from sleep, opening your eyes to see what’s waiting! Makes me think of Christmas morning, waking up and rushing into the living room to see what’s under the tree…
Thanks Dale, that is great encouragement, because we have been reconciled to God to pray. Hebrews 10 says, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith. We are commanded to come into the holy of holies by the new way opened for us by the blood of Christ with confidence! What a privilege and joy it is to pray! We have something that those who served in the tent only dreamed about.
Welcome baby Norah…. God’s blessings on all the family.
Thanks Dale. Today I was feeling a little bored and unsatisfied with my day. It was a very timely reminder and encouragement.
Thank you for these words Dale! We’ve been studying John 3 in the women’s study, and it’s sometimes hard applying John’s words to heart, “He must increase, but I must decrease.” What a challenging reminder it is to ultimately give God praise in all I do.
We exist to equip God’s people to delight in His glory and declare that glory to our neighbors and the nations.
