Celebrate the Watsons Adoption Finalization! Friday, November 17, 10 a.m., at the Tarrant County Family Law Center, located at 200 E Weatherford St, 76196. (Paid parking is available at County Garage - 112 Jones St). You are enthusiastically invited to join the Watson family as they celebrate the finalization of the adoption of their four girls. Come gather in the Orange Courtroom and for a joy filled celebration on National Adoption Day. Afterwards, join them at Chick-fil-a near Montgomery Plaza for lunch if you’re able. See event here.

Observance of the Lord’s Supper this Sunday. Please use this weekend to examine yourself and your relationships with others according to 1 Corinthians 11:27-33, that we may together brightly reflect the unity of the body of Christ when we come together at the Lord’s table this Sunday.

Testimonies of Thanksgiving: THIS Sunday, November 19. In keeping with our annual tradition, we’ll pause in our service and invite Redeemer Church members to share brief testimonies of what you are thankful for, particularly the good works of the Lord in your life this past year. Consider this invitation and come prepared to share in a brief statement (15-30 seconds)

Holiday Outreach to Local Children In Need: We have an opportunity to share Christ’s generosity and provision with our neighbors. Last year, the White Settlement Care Group provided essentials and gifts for children in need at West Elementary. This holiday season, the whole church is invited to participate. The school will provide ages, needs, and wants of specific children after we let them know how many we can sponsor. A single, family, group of friends, or care group may want to sponsor a child. If you are interested, please contact Rachel Rogers by Sunday, November 26.

Lottie Moon Christmas Offering: The elders invite all to participate in the Lottie Moon Christmas offering. Each year, thousands of Southern Baptists churches, like ourselves, partner in this effort to support missionaries. 100% of the money collected goes directly to overseas missionary efforts and makes up almost 60% of the International Mission Board’s budget from year to year. To give, simply designate “Lottie Moon” in the memo line of your check. For more information, click here.

Help Decorate the Worship Center for Advent: Saturday, December 2, 9:00 a.m. – noon. Come help us “deck the halls” for Advent. If you are available to help with preparations, please contact Julia Stonecipher;

All-Church December Potluck Meal: Sunday, December 3, following the worship service in Fellowship Hall. All are invited, both members and visitors. Details are forthcoming. Mark your calendars!

Discipleship Hour Winter Break: Sunday, December 10, will be the last Sunday for Discipleship Hour (Children’s D.I.G. Sunday School, Adult Bible Study classes, & Student Ministry classes) this year. Classes will resume on January 21.
