Write a Letter of Encouragement to a Persecuted Christian: Letters will be collected through this Sunday, November 25, then shipped to Open Doors, an organization dedicated to serving the persecuted church, for distribution. These letters will reach believers who have been ostracized from their community, denied employment, pushed out of their housing, disowned by their families, or even targeted with violence. Write as many letters as you would like. Guidelines for writing letters can be found here.

Encouraging Wednesday | Encouraged through ThankfulnessWednesday, November 28, 6:30-8:30 p.m., in Fellowship Hall. Ladies, the Women Encouraging Women ministry team invites you to join us for a time of thankfulness and reflection over the past year. Be thinking about ways you have been blessed through mentoring or through relationships with women at Redeemer. There will be a time to share for all those who desire to do so. Warm soups will be provided for dinner. Feel free to bring a topping for chili, bread, or a dessert.

Decorate the Worship Center for Advent: Saturday, December 1, 10:00 a.m. – noon. Please help us “deck the halls” for Advent. If you are available to help with preparations, please contact Sylvia Dipnarinesingh or Sheryl Foster.

Women Encouraging Women | Women Encouraging West: The Women Encouraging Women Ministry Team is in need of more items for snack packs for West Elementary. Please brings some of the items below by Sunday, December 2. Items can be dropped off in Fellowship Hall. We will let you know when we plan to assemble these packs. A list of items needed is posted on The City.

All-Church December Potluck Meal: Sunday, December 2, following the worship service in Fellowship Hall. All are invited, both members and visitors. Please bring enough food for your family, plus 1. See event here.

Graduate RecognitionSunday, December 9. If you are a member or are pursuing membership of Redeemer Church and are graduating from high school, college, seminary, or an academy or vocational institute this semester, please submit your information to us no later than Thursday, December 6 in order to participate in a graduate recognition during the worship service the following Sunday.

2018 Fall Women’s Bible Study: Mondays, 7:00-9:00 p.m. through December 3, in Fellowship Hall. Starting this fall and continuing through spring 2019, we will enter into a two-part Bible Study in the book of Isaiah. Questions? See Linda Huffman.
