Baked Goodies Needed for SWBTS Church Fair: TODAY, August 24, by 5:00 p.m. Redeemer Church will set up a booth and greet incoming students at the annual Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary Church fair. We’d like to have cookies, brownies, and other small baked goodies. If you’d like to supply a batch, please contact Gary Brumley. Baked goods need to be ready by Friday at 5:00 p.m.

Men’s Breakfast: TOMORROW, Saturday, August 25, 8:00-10:00 a.m., in Fellowship Hall. Gabe Gienger will be presenting a talk titled “Church Universal: A Guide to Fellowship in Polarized Age.” Please RSVP on The City.

Servants Needed: Soon, the nursery ministry will be beginning a new quarter of scheduling. As always, we are in need of servant-hearted members willing to love and care for our youngest children. If you have a child in nursery, please make sure you are on the rotation. Even if you don’t have small children, please consider serving as a way to build up the health of our whole body as we show small children Jesus’ love and free up parents to worship and feast on the Word. The application is here. Please contact Rachel Rogers with any questions.

Membership Matters Class: Sundays, September 2 – October 7, 9:15-10:15 a.m., in the Education Building. Membership Matters will provide you with information about Redeemer, as well as answer questions about what it means to be a believer in Christ. You will also have an opportunity to learn about how to get involved in our community of faith. Though this course is a prerequisite for membership at Redeemer, anyone can and is encouraged to attend. Sign up in the foyer or on The City.

First Sunday Lunch & Prayer: Sunday, September 2, 1:00 p.m., in Fellowship Hall. Please join us this evening for fellowship over food and in prayer. Questions? Contact Wes Duggins.

Fall Children’s Choir: Mondays, 4:00-5:00 p.m., beginning September 10,  in the Education Building. Children, ages 5-12, are invited to have fun learning about music while preparing songs for worship. If you have questions about the choir, please contact Adrian Maddox.

2018 Fall Women’s Bible Study: Beginning this Fall 2018 and continuing through Spring 2019 we will enter into a two-part Bible Study in the book of Isaiah. Meetings will be Mondays, September 10 – December 3, 7:00-9:00 p.m., in Fellowship Hall. Questions? See Linda Huffman.
