Observance of the Lord’s Supper this Sunday. Please use this weekend to examine yourself and your relationships with others according to 1 Corinthians 11:27-33, that we may together brightly reflect the unity of the body of Christ when we come together at the Lord’s table this Sunday.

Singles Fellowship: Friday, October 26, 6:00 p.m., at the Hare home (308 Cahill Oval, River Oaks, TX 76114). All Redeemer Church singles (college age and up) are invited. Contact Sheri Hare for more information.

Reformation Sunday Picnic: Sunday, October 28, following the worship service, at Central Park. The picnic will begin shortly following the morning worship gathering and end when you’ve had your fill of food, fun, and fellowship. Food (TBD) will be served on a pay-what-you-can basis. Consider bringing a dessert to share. There will be a bounce house and games for children as well as organized softball games. Volunteers are needed for setup, food prep, tear-down, etc. Contact Gary Brumley.

Advent Choir: We invite Redeemer Church members to join us in helping our church body celebrate the Advent season by participating in our seasonal Advent Choir. Both men and women are needed. Membership is required. Rehearsals begin Sunday, November 4. Join the Worship Choir Group on The City for more information and complete rehearsal schedule. Questions? Contact Gary Brumley.

2018 Fall Women’s Bible Study: Mondays, 7:00-9:00 p.m., in Fellowship Hall. Starting this fall and continuing through spring 2019 we will enter into a two-part Bible Study in the book of Isaiah. Questions? See Linda Huffman.

Living Hope Ministries “He Is Worthy” Celebration & Fundraiser Banquet: Tomorrow, Saturday, October 20, 7:00-9:30 p.m., at Park Cities Baptist Church (3933 Northwest Pkwy, Dallas, 75225). Come for a celebration of all God is doing through Living Hope Ministries, whose mission is to proclaim God’s truth as we journey with those who are seeking sexual and relational wholeness through Jesus Christ. The purpose of this evening is to share what LHM is doing, to request further support, and celebrate all God has done over the past year. Through the generosity of supporters, LHM is all to offer almost all services for free to those seeking help. Tickets are $55 individually and $500 for a table to 10. Ashley Dean Senior Voice Recital: Friday, November 2, 7:30 p.m., UTA. You are invited to join Ashley for an evening of classical music as she shares the fruits of 3 ½ years of private vocal study at the University of Texas at Arlington. This free recital will include works by Beach, Faure, Mendelssohn, and Puccini.
