Singles Fellowship: TONIGHTFriday, October 26, 6:00 p.m., at the Hare home (308 Cahill Oval, River Oaks, TX 76114). All Redeemer Church singles (college age and up) are invited. Contact Sheri Hare for more information.

Reformation Sunday Picnic: This Sunday, October 28, following the worship service, at Central Park. The picnic will begin shortly following the morning worship gathering and end when you’ve had your fill of food, fun, and fellowship. Food (German sausage, sauerkraut, potato salad) will be served on a pay-what-you-can basis. Consider bringing a dessert to share. There will be a bounce house and games for children as well as organized softball games. Volunteers are needed for setup, food prep, tear-down, etc. Contact Gary Brumley.

Daylight Saving Time Ends: Sunday, November 4. Make a note on your calendar to “fall back” one hour.

First Sunday Lunch & Prayer: Sunday, November 4, 1:00 p.m., in Fellowship Hall. Please join us this evening for fellowship over food and in prayer. Questions? Contact Wes Duggins.

Advent Choir: We invite Redeemer Church members to join us in helping our church body celebrate the Advent season by participating in our seasonal Advent Choir. Both men and women are needed. Game Night: Friday, November 9, 6:00 p.m., in Fellowship Hall. Bring your favorite table games or snacks for a game night hosted by the West Care Group. Enjoy the fun, stay as long as you like, and leave when you must. Questions? Contact Gary Trojacek.

2018 Fall Women’s Bible Study: Mondays, 7:00-9:00 p.m., in Fellowship Hall. Starting this fall and continuing through spring 2019, we will enter into a two-part Bible Study in the book of Isaiah. Questions? See Linda Huffman.

Ashley Dean Senior Voice Recital: Friday, November 2, 7:30 p.m., UTA. You are invited to join Ashley for an evening of classical music as she shares the fruits of 3 ½ years of private vocal study at the University of Texas at Arlington. This free recital will include works by Beach, Faure, Mendelssohn, and Puccini. The recital will take place on the campus of UT Arlington in Irons Recital Hall (in the south end of the Fine Arts Building), 700 Greek Row Dr., Arlington, 76013.  Visit for directions and parking information.
